Luxury Resin Driveways, Built to Last
Bespoke Resin Paving Design for Kent Properties
Luxury Resin Driveways, Built to Last. Professional resin bound installations across Kent.
Your Driveway, Your Design
A single colour across the whole surface is just the starting point. At Kent Resin Driveways, we work with homeowners across Maidstone, Tonbridge, Bearsted, Aylesford and the surrounding area to create resin paving designs that reflect personal taste and complement the character of the property. Whether you are drawn to a subtle border detail or a bold multi-colour composition, we have the skill and experience to bring your vision to life.
What Becomes Possible With Custom Design
Resin bound paving is uniquely suited to decorative work. Different aggregate colours are separated by slim metal dividing strips that produce clean, crisp lines between each zone. The possibilities are wide open.
A contrasting border is the most popular starting point — a dark frame around a lighter centre, or vice versa, immediately gives the driveway a finished, tailored look. Two-tone layouts can define parking bays, highlight a central feature or simply add visual rhythm to a large surface. Circular motifs, sweeping curves and geometric panels are all achievable for homeowners who want something genuinely individual.
We have created compass points set into entrance aprons in Headcorn, house numbers worked into front paths in Snodland, and elegant curved borders following flower bed lines in Loose. Every design is unique to its property.
Choosing Colours That Work With Your Home
We visit your property with a full set of physical aggregate samples. Seeing the actual stones against your brickwork, render and planting in your own daylight is far more reliable than choosing from a screen. Warm sandstone tones sit beautifully alongside traditional Kentish ragstone. Cool platinum and charcoal aggregates complement modern render and grey window frames. Mixing two or three complementary shades adds depth and character that a single colour cannot match.
Our UV-stabilised resins lock in those colours permanently. The contrasts you see on laying day will still be clearly defined a decade later. These are natural stone aggregates, not paints or dyes — they do not fade.
From Concept to Completion
The process starts with a conversation at your home. We listen to your ideas, offer suggestions and work through the practicalities of translating a design concept into a physical surface. For straightforward borders and two-tone layouts, we agree the plan on site. For more intricate designs, we prepare a scaled drawing for your approval before any work begins.
Installation follows our standard base preparation protocol — excavation or overlay assessment, compacted sub-base, regulating layer and aluminium perimeter edging. Metal dividing strips are then set into the base to delineate each colour zone. The different aggregates are mixed and applied separately, section by section, with close attention to clean colour transitions and consistent levels. It is painstaking work, but the precision shows in the finished result.
Performance Is Never Compromised
A custom design uses exactly the same materials and installation methods as any of our standard driveways. That means identical performance — permeable, SUDS compliant, weed-free, UV stable, low maintenance and long lasting. The design adds personality without sacrificing any of the practical advantages.
Stand Out on Your Street
In Kent's residential areas, where driveways are visible from the road and neighbouring properties sit close together, a thoughtfully designed driveway makes a genuine statement. It says something about the care you invest in your home. Whether you are planning to stay for decades or preparing to sell, a bespoke resin design elevates kerb appeal in a way that a plain surface simply cannot.

Custom Resin Paving Design FAQs
How much extra does a custom design add to the cost?
Custom work involves additional labour time and multiple aggregate types, so it does cost more than a single-colour installation. The premium depends on the complexity of the design. We quote everything upfront so you can make an informed decision.
Can I view actual aggregate samples before committing to colours?
Absolutely. We bring a comprehensive sample kit to your property so you can assess every option against your brickwork and surroundings in natural daylight. It is the most reliable way to choose.
Are there limits to how intricate the pattern can be?
The aggregate size sets a natural lower limit on fine detail, but within that constraint the range of achievable designs is broad — borders, multi-section layouts, curves, geometric shapes and bespoke motifs are all within scope. We guide you on what will work well during the design consultation.
Will the colour differences between sections blur over time?
No. We use UV-stable resins and natural stone aggregates that retain their colour permanently. The metal dividers maintain crisp boundaries between zones, so the design remains clearly defined for the life of the surface.
