Where exactly do you work?
Our yard is in Hunton, a few miles south of Maidstone. We cover a comfortable 10-mile radius that takes in Maidstone, Tonbridge, Bearsted, Aylesford, Yalding, Coxheath, Marden, Staplehurst, Headcorn, Paddock Wood, East Farleigh, West Malling, and the villages in between.
What is the typical wait time before work starts?
Most projects are scheduled to begin 2 to 4 weeks after you approve the quote. If you have a deadline — perhaps ahead of a house sale or event — let us know and we will do our best to fit you in sooner. A confirmed start date is always agreed before you commit.
Do I need to stay at the property during the installation?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the area and contact you by phone if a question comes up, we are perfectly happy to work while you are out. Many of our customers carry on with their normal routine while we get on with the job.
